You have a period of 6 months following the date of receipt of the goods to return the defective or unwanted item(s). The only condition is that it must be returned to us in the same condition as we sent it to you.

22. What does unlocked mean?
In the past, phones used to be locked to carriers (Telus, Bell, Rogers, etc.) However, this practice has been ruled unlawful several years ago. As a result, all our phones are unlocked to all carriers, no exception. Although it is possible that very rarely, certain models in particular do not work on all frequencies of certain suppliers.
23. Can I track the route of my package and how?
