Our exchange or refund policy is valid for 90 days after reception, after which we will not approuve any exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your article must arrive to us in the same condition it was sent.
Please return in the same or similar package.
Following your claim, we will need a proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be provided:
Any article which is not in the shape it was sent, damaged or has missing parts in which we cannot be held accountable for.
