This is an evaluation of the phone based on looks only.

10/10 – New

9/10 – Used. Almost new

8/10 – Very light scratches hard to find.

7/10 or lesser value – Very good prices. See pictures to do your own evaluation.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Yes if you live in Canada, but not if buying from an international location.

What are the shipping rates?

To know the shipping rates before confirming your order, simply select “Ship to a different address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions.

Can I track my package? If so, how?

When your purchase on the www.recycell.ca website has been completed, you will automatically

receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. When your package is shipped you will receive a tracking

number, allowing you to track your package at: www.canadapost.ca

Can I make a purchase online and pick up my order in store?

No. In order to offer you the best available pricing, all our products are available online only.

If I wish to make a return, will I have to pay shipping?

Yes. All returns are at your expense.

How long do I have to request an exchange or a return for items purchased online?

You have a period of 90 days following the date of receipt to return a defective or

unwanted item. Please note the item has to arrive in the same condition it was sent.
